Information collected

When you submit a service enquiry, we collect your name, email address, selected service, message and any phone number you choose to provide. We also process limited technical and network information needed to protect the form from abuse and deliver your enquiry.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss the services you need, protect the form from fraud or abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations. If you do not provide the required name, email, service, message, consent and security-verification information, the online form cannot be submitted.

Retention and deletion

The form does not create an enquiry database. Operational metadata excludes names, contact details, service selections, message contents and CAPTCHA tokens and is retained for 30 days. We retain enquiry emails for 24 months after the last interaction, except where they form part of an ongoing client record or must be retained to meet legal obligations. You may request deletion where applicable.

Access, correction and complaints

To request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or to make a privacy complaint, email info@marzeygroup.com.au. We will acknowledge your complaint, investigate it and aim to respond within 30 days. If we need more time, we will explain why and keep you informed.
